Robert Raymond Aronsson, Chairman and CEO, studied chemical, electrical and mechanical engineering at the University of Idaho. Was graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting and Foreign Trade, from Woodbury University in Los Angeles, California. He built and operated seven battery plants in various parts of the world and produced over 100 highway electric vehicles in Detroit, Michigan most of which were sold to electric utility companies which operated them successfully for an average of five years. He has 16 battery patents in his name in 15 countries. Raymond Douglas, Vice Chairman and Director, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major Accounting, from Florida Atlantic University. He has had many years of experience in battery and electric vehicle manufacturing in Detroit, Michigan and Freeport, Bahamas. He founded King Sailfish Mounts, manufacturers of fiberglass gamefish replicas, and built it to be the largest company of its kind in the world, with sales in 30 countries. Sonny Spoden, Director and Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, received a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and was a Partner in Ernst & Young for 14 years in the New York and Baltimore offices and Manager for 8 years in the Baltimore office. Mr. Spoden will become Chief Financial Officer of the Company when the Company's financial program has been completed. Kim Kawasaki, Director and Vice President, founded Cleveland Hydraulic & Electric Manufacturing Incorporated in 1982 and changed its name to Hydrolec, Incorporated in 1994. He is President and CEO of Hydrolec. Hydrolec manufacturers hydraulic and electrical elevator systems for sale under the Hydrolec brand and under private brands in 44 countries. Since 1982 over 150,000 systems have been sold to customers in 44 countries. Dr. Barry Iseard, Vice President and Director, received his PhD Degree in Chemistry from Sussex University in London, England. He was Director of Research and Development at Anglo-American Research Limited of Freeport, Bahamas and presently is Vice President of Bahamas Smelting & Refining Limited of Freeport, Bahamas. He has three patents on batteries and battery systems in his name. Dr. Karl Kordesch, Vice President and Director, received his PhD Degree in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Vienna. He invented the carbon-metal composite electrode for Alkaline Fuel Cells while working as a scientist for Union Carbide and produced a 150 kW Alkaline Fuel Cell for the General Motors "Electrovan" which was successfully demonstrated for several years. He equipped an Austin A-40, 4-passenger sedan, with an Alkaline Fuel Cell and Lead Acid Battery while working at Union Carbide and drove it for over three years the first person in the world to build such a vehicle. He was co-founder of Batteries Technology International in Toronto, Canada, manufacturers of alkaline, rechargeable flashlight batteries. He was Director of the Institute for Chemical Technology of the Technical University of Graz, Austria for many years. He has over 80 patents on fuel cells and components in his name. Dr. T. Nejat Veziroglu, Vice President, received his PhD Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Heat Transfer at the University of London. He is a professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miami, Florida and Director of the Clean Energy Research Institute. He is editor of the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy and the International Journal of Energy Environment Economics and has organized many Hydrogen Conferences around the world.
